The onboarding process is designed for qualifying institutional clients only. For the avoidance of doubt, We do not provide any services to entities or individuals who do not meet the definition of a Professional Client or an Eligible Counterparty. 

 

All services provided by Us to You are subject to our Terms together with any appendices or schedules, as amended from time to time, which define the basis on which DMA Link Limited (“We” or “Us”) will collect fees from the party listed on the signature page (“You” or “Participant”) of the Participant Agreement.

All services are subject to the terms of the Operating Procedures available at definitymarkets.com/agreement. Please request a login to the legal repository from your sales representative.

 

DMA Link Limited operates its digital assets platform under the brand DeFinity Markets (“DeFinity”), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of DMA Link Limited.
