Manu's impressive career spans over 20 years of front-office derivative sales experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client service. Prior to joining our organization, he held senior roles at some of the world's most prestigious banks, including Lloyds Bank and Barclays Investment Bank.

As a seasoned Executive Director, Michael brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our firm, drawn from his extensive background in Financial Services. With a strong specialization in Regulatory Technology, Market Data, and multi-asset class trading systems, he has established himself as a thought leader in the industry. His particular area of expertise lies in designing, building, and operating electronic foreign exchange trading venues from the ground up, with a proven track record of successfully distributing these platforms to top-tier institutions.

Prior to DMALINK, Michael played a key role in driving growth and scalability at ADSS, a leading fintech firm in London, where he served as Head of Relationship Management. In this capacity, he successfully managed a robust pipeline of global prospects, cultivating relationships with a diverse range of clients spanning multiple asset classes, geographies, and regulatory environments.

 

His expertise in onboarding and acquiring new clients helps DMALINK establish a truly global footprint, with a client base that include top-tier financial institutions, hedge funds, family offices, and proprietary trading firms from the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

As our Chief Risk Officer, Chris brings an unparalleled depth of experience and expertise to our organization, with a distinguished career spanning 25 years in the financial services industry. His extensive background encompasses a broad range of disciplines, including leveraged and M&A financing, liquid asset financing, corporate banking, retail banking, and capital/financial markets.

Throughout his career, Chris has held senior roles at numerous top-tier banks, where he has developed a unique understanding of the complex risk landscape and has played a key role in shaping the risk management strategies of several major financial institutions.

With over two decades of origination experience in both Corporate and Investment Banking, Chris is a recognized leader and specialist in his field. His expertise extends to 'Behavioural Capital', Corporate Finance, and Products Structuring across loan and derivative asset classes.

John C. Murray worked on Wall Street for many years. He began his career as a commodities trade advisor, specializing in precious metals. He later became the highest-ranked FX broker for Global Forex and Futures, which merged with GAIN Capital (Forex.com). After relocating to London, John transformed City Credit Capital into a global leader in the FX industry, where he spent 12 years building the brokerage into a global powerhouse.

John has extensive experience and a strong network within the crypto and DeFi industry. He works closely with hedge funds and family offices worldwide, helping them achieve success in the digital asset space. His expertise in global banking allows him to manage billions in capital annually through his banking relationships.

Academically, John holds a business degree from Syracuse University and an MBA from London Metropolitan University. Additionally, he has been a guest on CNBC, BBC, and Bloomberg Television, sharing his insights and analysis of the FX and digital asset markets.

Bentzi Rabi is the CEO and co-founder of Utila, a pioneering digital asset infrastructure company at the cutting edge of secure and scalable blockchain technology. Since launching Utila in 2022, Bentzi has positioned the firm as a global leader in safeguarding digital assets, leveraging a world-class tech stack designed to mitigate risks and ensure the highest standards of security.

Prior to Utila, Bentzi served in a venture capital fund, where he served as a Principal and acted as a Board Observer at Frontegg. His extensive background in technology and finance has equipped him with a deep understanding of the complexities and opportunities within the digital asset space.

Bentzi is an entrepreneur and investor, known for his innovative approaches to cybersecurity and financial technology. He is a frequent speaker at major industry conferences, where he shares his insights on the latest trends and advancements in digital asset security. His expertise has made him a sought-after voice in the tech community.

Bentzi’s academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which he earned between 2009 and 2011.

Vincent Baker serves as Non-Executive Advisor to DeFinity Markets, where he plays a key role in defining and executing its long-term strategic vision. Since joining, Vincent has been a driving force behind the build-out of the firm’s operational infrastructure, helping to establish the internal systems, processes, compliance frameworks, and investor-reporting capabilities that have enabled rapid scaling.
